Q: Where will OS+H ASIA 2020 be held at?

A: OS+H ASIA 2020 will be held at Sands EXPO & Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

Q: What are the exhibition hours for OS+H ASIA 2020?

A: 10am – 6pm: 9 & 10 December 2020 (Wednesday and Thursday)
10am – 5pm: 11 December 2020 (Friday)

Q: How do I get to the venue of OS+H ASIA 2020?

A: The Sands EXPO & Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands is accessible by all public transportation services available in Singapore such as buses, taxis and the MRT.

The nearest MRT station is Bayfront MRT station (Exit D) along the Circle Line and Downtown Line.

Bus services available are: 97/97E, 106, 133, 502/502A and 518/518A.

Q: Are there admission charges to enter the exhibition?

A: Admission is FREE for business and trade visitors. All visitors are required to register their visit here.

Registration fees do apply if you wish to attend some of the conferences. You can find out more about the conferences and applicable fees here.

Q: Can you recommend a hotel? Are there special rates for attendees?

A: Special discounted hotel accommodation rates have been secured for both exhibitors and visitors at our Official Hotel, The Marina Bay Sands Singapore, and other recommended hotels. For more information, please click here.

As the room situation is expected to be extremely critical during this period, reservations are subjected to room availability and a higher room rate may apply.

Q: When does pre-registration start?

A: Online Pre-registration is now open. Pre-register your visit here.

Q: I have registered but did not receive any confirmation. What should I do?

A: Please check your spam inbox. If it was not diverted there, please email siti@mda.com.sg for assistance. We will resend you the pre-registration confirmation email.

Q: I would like to make changes to my details. What should I do?

A: Please email siti@mda.com.sg for assistance and include your registration ID so we can find the correct registration profile.

A new registration confirmation email with the new details will be resent to you after the changes have been processed.

Please bring your new registration confirmation email for admission to OS+H ASIA 2020.

Q: I have a group of more than 10 people to register for the exhibition. How do I go about it?

A: Please email siti@mda.com.sg for group registrations of more than 10 people.

Q: Do I have to register online? Can’t I register at the exhibition?

A: Visitors are encouraged to pre-register online for a smooth and fuss-free entry during the show days.

Q: I’ve registered for OS+H ASIA, do I need to register again for MEDICAL FAIR ASIA?

A: Your visitor pass allows you entry to both exhibitions, so there is no need to register separately for MEDICAL FAIR ASIA.

Q: I will be going for the Forum on Workplace Safety and Health 2020. Will I still need to register again to visit the exhibition?

A: No, Forum on Workplace Safety and Health 2020 delegates will not need to register again to visit OS+H ASIA 2020. Your delegate pass will allow you to enter the exhibition halls.

Q: Can I exit and enter the exhibition again?

A: Yes, you can. Your visitor pass allows you to enter and leave as many times as you like for the entire duration of the exhibition.

Q: Can I bring my spouse, my child or my domestic helper into the venue? What is required?

A: Your spouse, child or domestic helper must also register as a visitor for admission to the exhibition.

Please note that children below the age of 12 are not allowed into the exhibition halls unless a Letter of Indemnity is signed. Please approach our registration staff to get a copy.

Q: How can I get a visa to enter Singapore?

A: The organisers of OS+H ASIA are not authorized to provide a visa for your entry to Singapore. However, we can provide a Letter of Introduction to support your visa application.

Visitors must first pre-register and then submit a Request for Letter of Introduction which is available at the end of your pre-registration form. Please note that you will require a scanned copy of your passport details and your company’s registration certificate to submit this request.

Q: How would I know if I need a visa?

Q: Will my Letter of Introduction be sent to my home address or email address?

A: Your Letter of Introduction will only be sent to the email address used for pre-registration. Should a hard copy be required to be sent to a mailing address, all international postage charges will have to be borne by you.

Q: I am not working in the same country of my nationality. Who should I address my visa application to?

A: Your visa application letter should be addressed to the Singapore Embassy or High Commission in the country that you are currently residing. If there is no Singapore Embassy or High Commission in the country that you are residing in, it will then have to be addressed to the nearest one in a neighbouring country.

Q: Are there luggage storage facilities available at the venue of OS+H ASIA 2020?

A: There are no luggage storage facilities available at the Sands EXPO & Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands.

Q: What is Messe Düsseldorf Asia doing for prevention?

A: The safety of our exhibitors, visitors, partners, and staff are of utmost importance. On-site precautionary measures will be put in place:

  1. Compulsory Temperature screening
  2. Contact tracing
  3. On-site Isolation facility - in case of any suspected case
  4. Provision of hand sanitiser when entering and inside of exhibition halls
  5. Safe distancing in queue and resting/dining areas

You should also do your part by:

  1. Wearing a mask at all times and observe good personal hygiene
  2. Washing your hands regularly and thoroughly
  3. Support and comply with contact tracing requirements

Q: How do I react when I am ill and/or in poor health?

A: As recommended by Ministry of Health, if you are feeling unwell with a fever, or displaying respiratory symptoms (such as cough, runny nose), you should seek medical attention promptly.
